My Most Coveted Colors for Fall and How to Wear Them

Sweater weather is finally here and along with changing up your wardrobe, it’s time to mix up the colors in your mani/pedi rotation. From moody jewel tones to nudes, these are the colors I’m most excited about this season, along with some styling tips to complement each. Laurel Canyon Lover This color is the perfect balance between true red and burgundy for fall. It’s got obvious seasonal appeal and it's an easy swap for classic neutrals. Laurel Canyon Lover against a black outfit with just a touch of cream is an ultra-chic look. Try a pair of black skinny jeans, with a striped tee and a nude shoe. Vintage on Vine This creamy mauve shade can look lilac or grey, depending on the way the light hits your nails, making it one of prettiest colors for the season. And bonus—Vintage on the Vine looks good on virtually any skin tone. This dusky hued shade really pops against a bright, minimal background. Pair it with a winter white chunky knit sweater Rodeo Drive Bold, bright, and statement-making, Rodeo Drive is my all-time favorite red. There’s something so feminine about a red manicure paired with a sheer blush blouse. Throw a vegan leather moto jacket on top for an effortlessly cool look. Polynesian Plumeria Don’t want to go as dark as black, but still looking for something really dramatic? Polynesian Plumeria is the perfect replacement. Pair your plum with a pair of camel colored boots and a leopard print for an understated, edgy vibe. Buttercream Tiers This peachy tinted nude is one of the most versatile nail colors to build an outfit around, but I love the look of nude nails and denim for fall. Wear Buttercream Tiers with a pair of high-waisted jeans, a distressed denim jacket, or a blue denim blouse. Santorini Seduction Santorini Seduction is the perfect navy for fall. As classic as black or white, this deep sea blue looks great with almost everything. Top a black maxi dress with a casual dark-wash jean jacket for a high-low look you can wear day into night.
